What DashOps is
DashOps is a marketing operations platform and Meta Ads dashboard for everyone who runs Meta (Facebook + Instagram) Ads: solo advertisers, e-commerce brands, freelancers, in-house teams, and agencies. One dashboard for every ad account, with reporting and analytics, campaign creation and editing, team roles, branded client portals, and automated email digests built in, so you can run Facebook and Instagram ads without living in Facebook Ads Manager. Today DashOps is purpose-built for Meta; Google Ads, GA4, TikTok, and LinkedIn are on the public roadmap.
Getting started
Most people are live and looking at their first report in under an hour. Here’s the exact path.
- 01
Verify your email
Right after signup you’ll get a verification email. Click the link to activate your account. Didn’t arrive? Check spam, then resend from the prompt on the dashboard.
- 02
Connect your Meta Business
Go to Settings and click "Connect Meta". You’ll sign in with your Meta Business account via standard OAuth, with no passwords or access tokens to copy. We pull every ad account, page, pixel, and audience you have access to.
- 03
Pick your ad accounts
After connecting, choose which ad accounts you actually want to manage in DashOps. The picker is capped by your plan. You can change the selection anytime from Settings.
- 04
Invite your team or clients (optional)
Working solo? Skip this step. Otherwise, on the Team page, invite Team members (people who manage ads on accounts you assign) and Client users (the clients you report to, who get read-only access to the accounts they’re assigned to). Each invite goes out as a branded email.
- 05
Open your first report
Hit the Dashboard. Change the date range. Click "Report" to download a branded PDF or Excel. Want it emailed automatically? Turn on a daily, weekly, or monthly digest from Settings → Notifications.
Roles & access
DashOps ships with three roles. The Admin invites everyone else and decides what each person can see. Working solo? You're simply the Admin.
The person who signed up the company. Full control: connects platforms, picks ad accounts, invites everyone else, manages billing, and sees every screen.
Your staff. Can manage ads on the specific ad accounts the Admin assigns to them. Can’t invite others, can’t see billing, can’t disconnect platforms.
The clients or stakeholders you report to. Read-only access to the ad accounts they’re assigned to. A per-client toggle hides spend/cost figures if you don’t want them visible. Can’t see other clients or team members.
Reports & digests
Four ways to get the data out, whether it's for clients, your team, or just you.
-
On-demand PDF & Excel
Hit "Report" on the Dashboard. Pick the KPIs and the date range. The PDF is branded with your logo and colours, ready to forward to a client, your boss, or anyone else. Excel is a complete data dump for spreadsheet workflows.
-
Automated email digests
Turn on daily, weekly, or monthly digests per ad account from Settings → Notifications. Each email summarises spend, results, and trends, which keeps everyone in the loop without lifting a finger.
-
Shareable links
Generate a public, read-only link to a single report, which is handy when someone wants to forward it to their team without giving them a login. Set an expiry (up to 90 days) and revoke any time.
-
Client portal
Clients log in to a simplified, white-label view of only what they’re assigned to. No technical clutter: just KPIs, trends, and a "Download report" button.
Branding & white-label
Make the dashboard look like your company, not ours. Different plans unlock different layers. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
-
Logo & brand colours (all plans with white-label)
Upload your logo + favicon and pick primary/secondary colours from Settings → Branding. They flow through the dashboard header, login page, client portal, PDF/Excel reports, and email digests.
-
Hide the DashOps footer (Growth plan and up)
Toggle off the "Powered by DashOps" line so clients see only your brand.
-
Custom domain (Enterprise plan)
Serve the dashboard at app.yourcompany.com instead of app.dashops.io. We walk you through the DNS records, then auto-provision an SSL certificate.
-
Custom email sender (Enterprise plan)
Send client digests from digests@yourcompany.com instead of digests@dashops.io. We handle the DNS verification + DKIM signing.
Security & your data
Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Traffic is TLS 1.3. Sign-in uses short-lived JWTs with rotating refresh tokens, brute-force lockout, and optional two-factor authentication. Every meaningful action (invites, permission changes, deletes) lands in an immutable audit log you can view from inside the app.
For details on what we store, who processes it, and how to request export or deletion, see our Privacy Policy and sub-processor list.
