Data Deletion

DashOps, operated by Octatude LLC, lets you delete your account and all the data we hold about you at any time, including any data we obtained from Meta (Facebook / Instagram) on your behalf. This page explains how.

DashOps is part of the Octatude group; the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) integration is provided by our group company Octatude Limited (United Kingdom).

Option 1: Delete from inside your account (fastest)

1. Sign in at app.dashops.io.
2. Open the profile menu (your avatar, top right) and choose Privacy & data.
3. Click Delete account and confirm.

Your account is then scheduled for deletion. You have a 30-day window to cancel and recover it; after 30 days all of your account data is permanently removed from our active systems and purged from backups within 90 days.

Option 2: Just remove the Meta (Facebook) connection

If you only want to revoke DashOps's access to your Meta data (without closing your DashOps account), sign in and go to Settings, then click Disconnect on the Meta connection. This immediately revokes and deletes the stored Meta access token and removes the campaign, insights, audience, and lead data we synced from that connection. You can reconnect any time.

You can also revoke DashOps directly from Meta: go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, find the DashOps app, and click Remove.

Option 3: Email us (no sign-in needed)

If you can't sign in, email privacy@dashops.io from the address associated with your account (or include the Meta account you connected) and ask us to delete your data. We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, company, photo) and login credentials.
• The encrypted Meta access token(s) we stored for your connection.
• All data we synced from the Meta Marketing API on your behalf: campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, performance insights, audience definitions, and any lead-form data.
• Your team, client workspaces, notifications, and audit history for the account.

DashOps only ever reads or manages your Meta assets at your direction; we never post to your Facebook or Instagram account. Backups containing your data are purged within 90 days of deletion.
