Built for everyone who runs Meta Ads

Run every Meta Ad account from one branded dashboard.

DashOps is the Meta Ads reporting and management dashboard for everyone who runs Facebook and Instagram ads: solo advertisers, e-commerce brands, freelancers, in-house teams, and agencies. Create, edit, and report on campaigns, build audiences, capture leads with instant forms, and send automated reports, all from one dashboard instead of Meta Ads Manager.

The Meta Ads reality

Running Meta Ads shouldn't be this exhausting.

Whether you run one ad account or fifty, the story is the same: Meta's own tools make you work for every number. Add more accounts, brands, or clients and the friction multiplies. And so does the burnout.

15 tabs across 12 ad accounts

Switching between Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, Excel, and Slack. Lost context. Missed performance signals. Half-finished reports.

Friday afternoon is report day

Every week you copy-paste numbers into the same status decks. By the time the report ships, the data is already stale.

Your dashboard says someone else's name

Clients, leadership, or your own team log into Meta's UI to see their data. Your brand evaporates the moment they leave your inbox.

What you get

Everything you need to run Meta Ads. Nothing you don't.

DashOps bundles every Meta Ads workflow into one focused product: campaign creation and editing, reporting and analytics, audiences, lead forms, and, when you work with a team or clients, role scoping and white-label portals.

Create, edit & report on campaigns

Launch new campaigns, edit ad sets and ads, duplicate winners, pause the rest, then report on it all, across every ad account from one dashboard. Creating and editing is on Growth and Enterprise; Starter is view-only reporting.

White-label client portal

Your logo and colours on Growth; your own domain and email sender on Enterprise. Your clients see your brand inside the dashboard, not Meta's.

Audience builder

Custom audiences, lookalikes, and saved audiences. Target by location, age, gender, language, interests and behaviours, and include or exclude your custom audiences, in a UI that doesn’t fight you. On Growth and Enterprise.

Native instant forms

Build and publish Meta lead forms without leaving the dashboard (Meta does not allow a published form to be edited). Export leads to CSV or Excel. On Growth and Enterprise.

Automated email digests

Daily, weekly, or monthly reports auto-delivered to you, your team, or your clients. Subscribe per ad account. (Starter sends one digest a month.)

Role-based access

Admins, Team members and Client users. Each role sees what it should, and one switch hides spend from your client users. An audit log records actions such as invites, billing changes and campaign changes.

Who it's for

Built for everyone who runs Meta Ads.

Solo advertisers, e-commerce brands, freelancers, in-house teams, and agencies all get the same dashboard. DashOps works the same way whether you run ads for your own business or manage them for clients. Pick the side that fits and see the scenarios.

E-commerce brand

E-commerce / DTC brand

You run Meta ads for your own store, solo or with a small team. Whether it's one ad account or six across store regions, you want spend, ROAS, and trends at a glance, and a weekly performance summary that doesn't read like a Meta export.

What matters most

  • Multi-account spend pacing + month-over-month deltas in one dashboard
  • Automated weekly or monthly email report to founders or leadership
  • Audience builder + custom audiences from your pixel data
  • Branded PDF reports for board meetings
In-house team

Multi-brand / portfolio company

You're the central marketing ops team for a parent company running 4 to 10 distinct brands. Each brand has its own ad account, its own creative team, and its own KPIs. You need cross-brand rollups for the CMO and per-brand dashboards for the brand managers.

What matters most

  • Each brand’s ad account keeps its own audiences, creatives and insights
  • An all-accounts overview with each brand’s KPIs side by side and combined impressions, clicks, leads and purchases
  • Role-based access: brand managers see only their brand
  • Demographic + placement breakdowns per brand
In-house team

SaaS / lead-gen company

Your acquisition team runs Meta lead-gen campaigns to feed pipeline. You need to build instant forms quickly, get leads out as a file you can import into your CRM, and prove ROI back to revenue. Spend is $50k+/month and your CFO wants the math on every campaign.

What matters most

  • Native Instant Forms (build and publish without leaving the dashboard)
  • Lead export to CSV or Excel, ready to import into your CRM
  • Conversion-objective campaign wizard where you pick the pixel from your ad account
  • Demographic breakdowns to refine targeting

Not sure which plan fits your scale? Use the pricing calculator to size yourself by ad accounts, team size, client logins and white-label needs.

How it works

No migration project. No "implementation manager". Sign up, connect Meta, press Full refresh, and go.

01

Connect your Meta Business

Connect through Meta’s standard OAuth. Meta shares the ad accounts you allow on its permission screen; you choose which ones to use and press Full refresh to pull their campaigns and numbers. No copy-pasting access tokens.

02

Invite your team or clients (or fly solo)

Working alone? Skip straight to the dashboard. Otherwise add team members with per-account scoping and clients with read-only access (plus an optional switch that hides spend).

03

Ship reports. Scale what works.

Automated digests, branded PDF reports, and dashboards that refresh their numbers every hour. Whoever you report to, clients, leadership, or just you, sees polished numbers instead of Meta’s UI.

A closer look

Built around how Meta Ads actually get run.

White-label

Your dashboard. Your domain. Your brand.

A white-label dashboard: on Growth, upload your logo, set your brand colours and hide the “Powered by” mark; on Enterprise, also serve it from a domain you own, so clients log in to app.yourcompany.com, not https://app.dashops.io.

  • Custom domain via your DNS on Enterprise (Vercel-grade SSL included, auto-renewed)
  • Custom email sender on Enterprise: digests go from digests@yourcompany.com, not ours
  • Your colour scheme applied to the dashboard, buttons, main charts, PDF reports and email digests
  • Branded PDF reports with your logo on the cover, plus Excel exports

Multi-account

Every brand, every account, one cockpit.

Switch between accounts in two clicks and see every account's KPIs side by side, with combined impressions, clicks, leads and purchases (spend is not added up across accounts, because they can use different currencies): one campaign reporting tool for every Meta ad account. Drill into any single ad account without losing the view you came from.

  • Each ad account with its own audiences, creatives, and insights
  • Team invites scoped to specific ad accounts (cap enforced by your plan)
  • Client invites with read-only access and an optional switch that hides spend
  • Revoke a client's access and their login goes with it
Reporting

Reports people will actually open.

A complete ad reporting tool: daily, weekly, or monthly digests configured per ad account, plus branded PDF reports and Excel exports on demand (Starter: one digest a month, PDF only). Client reporting software your clients actually open. Schedule it once and let it run.

  • Email digests with KPIs, deltas, and a one-click "Open dashboard" link
  • PDF reports with branded cover, KPI cards, comparison tables, paginated drill-downs
  • Excel exports: multi-sheet with currency-aware formats, frozen headers, and zebra striping
  • Schedule per ad account: daily/weekly/monthly with custom hour and timezone

Campaign management

Build and edit campaigns without leaving your dashboard.

Spin up a new campaign in a guided four-step builder, or jump straight into editing ad sets and ads on any account. Duplicate what works, pause what doesn't, and do almost all of it without opening Meta Ads Manager.

  • Guided Create Campaign wizard: objective, budget, audience, creative, review
  • Edit campaigns, ad sets, and ads inline, with duplicate and bulk actions
  • Build and publish Meta audiences and Instant Forms from the same place
  • Included on Growth and Enterprise; Starter stays view-only reporting

Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

Still wondering? Check the help center or get in touch .

Do I need a Meta Developer account to use DashOps?
No. You sign in with your existing Meta Business account via standard OAuth. We never see your password and the access token is encrypted at rest. Connecting takes a few steps: approve the connection on Facebook's permission screen, choose your ad accounts, then press Full refresh to pull your data.
Can I create and edit campaigns, or is it reporting only?
Both. On Growth and Enterprise (and custom plans) you can create new campaigns with a guided builder, edit and duplicate ad sets and ads, manage audiences, and build Instant Forms, then report on all of it from one dashboard. Starter is view-only reporting. Changes you make in DashOps are sent straight to Meta, so they appear in Meta Ads Manager too. Your reports read from a copy of your Meta data that DashOps refreshes automatically through the day and whenever you press Full refresh.
If I manage ads for clients, can they log in and see their own dashboard?
Yes. On Growth and Enterprise plans you can invite clients with read-only access to specific ad accounts (client logins scale with the number of ad accounts you connect). You choose which ad accounts each client can see, and a switch on the Team page decides whether your client users see spend numbers (some companies hide cost data from end-clients).
What's the difference between white-label light and full?
Lite (Growth plan) lets you upload your logo, change brand colours, and hide our footer mark, though the URL is still ours. Full (Enterprise) adds a custom domain (app.yourcompany.com) and a custom email sender (digests@yourcompany.com).
Is my data secure?
Yes. Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and all traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. A sign-in session lasts up to 7 days. Changing your password signs out your other sessions, and resetting it ends every sign-in session. Five failed sign-ins within 15 minutes block further attempts on that account for up to 15 minutes, and two-factor authentication is optional. An audit log records important actions such as invites, team member removals, billing changes, connection changes and campaign changes. Our sub-processor list is on /sub-processors.
How does the free trial work?
New sign-ups get 7 days of full access to the plan they choose. A card is required at signup, but you are not charged during the trial. On day 8 we charge the plan's price for each ad account you pay for. Cancel any time before day 8 and you pay nothing. If a subscription ends and is restarted on the same account, there is no second trial: the card is charged when it is added.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, or the end of your trial. After that your account is locked and your data is kept for 30 days. During those 30 days you can restart by adding a card on the Billing page; you are charged straight away, because a restarted subscription gets no second free trial. After 30 days we delete your account, your team's logins, your Meta connection, and your synced campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives and daily performance numbers. Some records, such as activity log entries, are kept after that.
Do you support Google Ads, TikTok, or LinkedIn yet?
Not yet. Those are on our public roadmap. Today DashOps is purpose-built for Meta Ads. We'd rather do one channel exceptionally than four channels mediocrely.
Can I import my existing campaigns?
There's nothing to import. Once you connect Meta and pick your ad accounts, press Full refresh once: your campaigns, ad sets, ads and their performance numbers for the last 30 days are pulled from Meta's API, and on Enterprise you can also load up to 12 months of history. After that, performance numbers refresh every hour, and campaigns made outside DashOps appear at your next Full refresh.

Ready to scale your Meta Ads?

7 days free for new sign-ups. Card required at signup, no charge until day 8. No sales call. Just connect Meta and run every ad account from one branded cockpit.
