# DashOps features

> The main DashOps features: what each one is for, what it does and which plans include it.

The DashOps features page lists the main features in four groups: reporting, client reports, campaigns, and team, clients and brand. Starter is view-only reporting. Building and editing campaigns, client logins and scoped team members are on Growth and Enterprise, and your own domain, sign-in page and email sender are on Enterprise. Prices are on the pricing page.

## Reporting

- **All ad accounts overview** (every plan). Check every client's numbers on one screen. Each ad account you switch on gets a block with its key numbers for the dates you pick and the change from the period before. Open a block to go to that account's full dashboard.
- **Dashboards with a KPI customizer** (every plan). Put the numbers you watch most at the top. Every ad account has a dashboard of key numbers and trend charts, with the change from the previous period. Pin the numbers you care about and drag them into the order you want.
- **Alerts in the app, Slack and Discord** (every plan). Hear about a problem without watching the dashboard. Alerts such as a failed sync or a Meta connection that needs reconnecting arrive in the bell, as desktop notifications while DashOps is open, and in Slack or Discord if you connect them. You turn each alert on or off.
- **Breakdowns, top campaigns, spend pacing** (Growth and Enterprise). See where the spend goes and whether you are on budget. The dashboard's age, gender and placement breakdowns cover up to the last 30 days, and a top campaigns list ranks campaigns by spend, ROAS or leads. Spend pacing compares this month's spend with one monthly budget you set.
- **History** (Starter: 30 days, Growth: 30 days, Enterprise: 12 months). How far back DashOps loads your numbers. When DashOps loads data from Meta it reaches back 30 days on Starter and Growth, and 12 months on Enterprise. New days keep being added after that.

## Client reports

- **PDF reports** (every plan). A report you can send in one download. Download a PDF for the dates you choose, with the key numbers, charts and your campaigns, ad sets and ads in one table.
- **Scheduled client report emails** (every plan). Send each client their numbers without doing it by hand. Set up a weekly or monthly email of a client's key numbers once, and it goes out on schedule. Admins and co-admins set these up.
- **Share links** (every plan). Show a client their results without a login. Make a read-only link to an account's key numbers and daily trend that anyone with the link can open. Links last 30 days unless you pick another length from 7 to 90 days, and only the Main Admin can make or revoke them.
- **Email digests** (Starter: Monthly, Growth: included, Enterprise: included). Get a summary of your ad accounts by email. Pick the ad accounts you care about and get their key numbers in one email. Each person sets up their own, and Starter sends at most one a month.
- **Daily or weekly digests** (Growth and Enterprise). Get that summary as often as you need it. On Growth and Enterprise your digest can arrive every day, every week or every month.
- **Excel and CSV exports** (Growth and Enterprise). Work with your numbers in a spreadsheet. Download an Excel report with separate sheets for the overview, each day, campaigns, ad sets and ads. Export the campaign list and the breakdown cards as CSV files.

## Campaigns

- **Campaign tree with KPI columns** (every plan). See every campaign, ad set and ad in one list. Expand any campaign to its ad sets and ads, with up to 10 numbers of your choice as columns, plus search, a status filter and sorting. On Starter the page is view only.
- **Create and edit campaigns** (Growth and Enterprise). Build and change campaigns from the screen you report from. A four-step builder covers the campaign, ad set, ad and a final review, and saves the campaign paused or live. Pause, resume, edit or delete campaigns, ad sets and ads, and act on several campaigns at once.
- **Duplicate and copy ads** (Growth and Enterprise). Reuse what already works. Duplicate a campaign or ad set with everything inside it, up to 60 campaigns, ad sets and ads in one go, or open a copy in the builder to change it before you save. Copy ads into other ad sets of the same ad account; every copy starts paused.
- **Audiences, pixels and Instant Forms** (Growth and Enterprise). Build the audiences and lead forms your ads use. Create custom, lookalike and saved audiences, see your pixels, Pages and catalogs, and build Instant Forms. Download the leads a form collects as CSV, Excel or JSON.

## Team, clients and brand

- **Seats, including you** (Starter: 1, Growth: 5, Enterprise: 15). How many people can work in your account. Seats are for you and your team: 1 on Starter, 5 on Growth and 15 on Enterprise. Client logins are counted separately.
- **Scoped team members** (Growth and Enterprise). Let each person work only on the clients they handle. Invite team members and choose which ad accounts each one can see and work on. They do not see your other ad accounts, billing or branding.
- **Client logins, spend hidden by default** (Growth and Enterprise). Give clients their own read-only view. Each client user signs in to a read-only view of the ad accounts you assign, and you get as many client logins as ad accounts you switch on. Spend stays hidden from client users until you turn on one switch on the Team page.
- **Logo, favicon, colours** (Growth and Enterprise). Make the dashboard look like your brand. Add your logo, favicon and brand colours, and your team and clients see them across the dashboard.
- **Hide Powered by DashOps** (Growth and Enterprise). Keep the focus on your brand. Turn off the Powered by DashOps line in the dashboard footer that your team and clients see.
- **Own domain and sign-in page** (Enterprise only). Run the dashboard on your own web address. Serve the dashboard from a domain you own, with a sign-in page in your brand.
- **Reports from your own email** (Enterprise only). Send reports and digests from your own address. Client reports and email digests are sent from an address on your own domain once you verify it. Invites and password resets still come from DashOps.
